 You have to remember you are not alone. One out of every twenty kids suffer from either depression or anxiety. Less than half reach get treated. Based of off research, senior students, or recent gradutes say the help of friends have kept them going. Two-thirds of students say if it wasn't for the support of close friends, or distractions such as sports or a job, they would have given up. Many claim they wish they would have seeked help from professionals because it would have made their experience a lot more easier.
